About us

We are an independent Polish consulting firm specializing in accounting and tax advisory services. In the collaboration with our clients, we prioritize a personalized approach and lasting, partnership-based relationships. Our team, consisting of approximately 30 experts, including tax advisors, certified auditors, and licensed accountants, takes care of this.

We belong to the global network of audit, tax, and accounting firms MGI Worldwide, which means we can support clients worldwide. Our employees speak English or German and have experience working with companies operating in international markets.

Our teams

Accounting

We provide comprehensive accounting services, including maintaining accounting books for entities with foreign capital.

Our tasks include ongoing tax settlements and reporting to institutions such as GUS, NBP, or Intrastat, as well as advising on cost settlements and production calculations.

HR and Payroll

We handle ongoing payroll settlements and maintain personnel documentation.

We support foreign employers in settling the salaries of employees working in Poland and offer advisory services regarding income tax and social security.

VAT compliance

We assist foreign clients with VAT registration and ongoing VAT settlements.

We provide support during tax audits and prepare and handle VAT refund requests in accordance with EU directives.

Ongoing Tax Advisory

We specialize in preparing tax opinions and analyses and resolving ongoing tax and accounting issues.

Our tasks include advising foreign investors on planning and implementing operational structures in accordance with Polish tax regulations.
