We offer precise and competent tax advisory and accounting services including bookkeeping and payroll. Our work combines the knowledge of both national and international tax law and accounting principles with long-term experience acquired in international consulting, matched by the highest standards required in this kind of activity.

As an office employing both economists and lawyers, we guarantee a competent combination of economic and legal know-how, as it plays an exceptionally important role in our company’s operation.

We provide our services in Polish, English and German.

During the course of providing our services we strive for a close and cooperative relationship with each client. That is why our employees play the most important role. Krzysztof Modzelewski

TAX ADVISOR, SENIOR PARTNER

Engaged in tax advisory since 1993. Since then he has been working for international audit companies. He has spent 5 years as director of the tax advisory department in a renowned tax advisory firm with German capital.

He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, faculty of Economics of Production. He was a scientific employee of the university for 5 years. He has spent 9 years working for the Ministry of Economy, including a 5 year tour of duty at the Commercial Department of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Berlin.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration as well as the German Law School at the Warsaw University. Managing Partner of the law firm von Zanthier & Dachowski in Poland, providing legal services in addition to accounting services and current tax advice rendered by MGI Modzelewski.

He studied in Germany (Europa Universität Viadrina in Frankfurt/Oder) and in Poland (Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań). After gaining professional experience in the so-called „Big Four” advisory firms, he has been helping to develop the structures of the law firm von Zanthier & Dachowski in Poland for 12 years. He has over 14 years of experience in foreign investments, mainly from DACH countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and the Netherlands, in Poland.

Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, major in Finance and Banking, specializing in Accounting. Currently, she is completing Postgraduate Tax Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.

In the past, she worked in an accounting company, where she was responsible for conducting accounting and tax settlements of Polish entities and companies with foreign capital. She was also involved in auditing financial statements in a reputable Polish auditing company. For several years she worked in a group of entities with Austrian capital as the management board representative for financial matters.

Monika Gudro-Puischel

PAYROLL MANAGER

A graduate of the Warsaw University in Management of Social Capital in Companies, with over 25 years of experience in HR and payroll. She has developed her career both in accounting firms and in HR departments.

Throughout her work, she has been responsible for payroll services, team management, and oversight of payroll processes for employees under her supervision. She has participated in audits and inspections conducted by PIP and ZUS, created internal regulations, conducted training sessions, and advised clients on human resource management.

At MGI Modzelewski, she is responsible for comprehensive HR and payroll services for clients’ companies, pursuing the highest standards and efficiency in the HR area.

Joanna Krzywnicka

ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Graduate of the University in Łódź, specialty in Tax Strategies. She also completed postgraduate studies in Taxes and Tax Law at Warsaw University and postgraduate studies in Accounting and Finances of Company at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Previously, she worked for a leading international accounting firm and was responsible for VAT settlements in an international FMCG corporation. She has extensive experience in servicing entities with foreign capital.

In our company she supports international enterprises, among others from the pharmaceutical, construction, engineering and electrical-appliance sectors.
