Grzegorz Modzelewski

He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics in Finance and Banking, specializing in Accounting.

During the course of his professional career, he has obtained substantial experience as an auditor working for a number of international auditing firms, including one of the „Big Four” companies.

Krzysztof Modzelewski

Engaged in tax advisory since 1993. Since then he has been working for international audit companies. He has spent 5 years as director of the tax advisory department in a renowned tax advisory firm with German capital.

He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, faculty of Economics of Production. He was a scientific employee of the university for 5 years. He has spent 9 years working for the Ministry of Economy, including a 5 year tour of duty at the Commercial Department of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Berlin.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration as well as the German Law School at the Warsaw University. He has years of experience in supporting Polish and foreign Clients in tax matters, gained in international consulting firms, including one Big Four firm. His main area of interest is VAT, especially international transactions (chain transactions, ICS/ICA etc.).

He is engaged in tax advisory services for both Polish and foreign companies.

He studied in Germany (Europa Universität Viadrina in Frankfurt/Oder) and in Poland (Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań). After gaining professional experience in the so-called „Big Four” advisory firms, he has been helping to develop the structures of the law firm von Zanthier & Dachowski in Poland for 12 years. He has over 14 years of experience in foreign investments, mainly from DACH countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and the Netherlands, in Poland.

Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, major in Finance and Banking, specializing in Accounting. Currently, she is completing Postgraduate Tax Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.

In the past, she worked in an accounting company, where she was responsible for conducting accounting and tax settlements of Polish entities and companies with foreign capital. She was also involved in auditing financial statements in a reputable Polish auditing company. For several years she worked in a group of entities with Austrian capital as the management board representative for financial matters.

In our firm, she provides accounting services for international companies, including from the service and pharmaceutical industries.

Previously, she worked for a leading international accounting firm and was responsible for VAT settlements in an international FMCG corporation. She has extensive experience in servicing entities with foreign capital.

In our company she supports international enterprises, among others from the pharmaceutical, construction, engineering and electrical-appliance sectors.
